We chose Stonegate (now Madision at Wells Branch) very quickly. The manager at the time had leased to my fiance before so he was very comfortable leasing there. The apartment's bedrooms were very large and the living/dining area was adequate but the kitchen was very small.

The complaints we have are probably common
1. Dirty pool-don?t be fooled by the beauty of the main pool by the office. The pool frequently had a lot of leaves and there was a major wasp problem.
2. Entrance gates-the gates were stuck open most of the time
3. Rental rates-the leasing office will make you an incredible deal to get you to sign a lease but when the lease was about to end they wanted a lot more to renew us than they were charging those to sign a new lease. They were renting the exact same unit to "new" tenants for almost $300 less!
4. Traffic-pulling out to head south on 1325 from the apartment was a nightmare! Turning into the complex was no easy task either.
5. Insulation-our electric bill was over $200/month even turning up the A/C to 80 during the day!
6. Parking-generally there wasn't enough parking for everyone.

Overall this apartment was great. The area was great...close to a lot of major employers and highways yet it offered a lot of privacy.
