I moved in here last summer, place was nice seem a demo apt and such liked it so I rented it. That has been about the only part of the time living here I enjoyed. Where to start, no parking which is normal, they claim to have a working gate' but yet if you have friends over they cant get in because the system doesn't work. So I call and informed them, they said I will add you into the system, well 2 weeks later still not done, now magically they are updating it to a new company. So I asked a mani. guy he said no they aren't and smirked (mati. people are very good). Well after a few notices on my door about stupid stuff on my porch such as a cooler, I was like ok.. I removed the items yet my neighbors have not' So I asked my neighbors about it they said they have never gotten a letter from them. So I ask the complex and I demanded if I must live by this so must everyone else, they assumed me it would be taken care of well 2 months later it still isn't.. O yeah don't let them FOOL you into saying they have storage space on the porch. If you can say the space next to the gas water heater storage. By the way I will be reporting them to the fire dept. after moving out in reference to this. Next, my apt is literally failing apart, my counter tops and coming off! In the kitchen and bathroom, I wont continue to explain how much I have become to despise this place, Im only happy I have a new apt and will be out of here soon. I love word of mouth. Its so much more effective.

Word-of-mouth is much more effective if you use proper English. Although most of this complaint was difficult to understand the rest was just petty. I am trying to find a new place to live...I'm not trying to hear how unfair it is that you can't leave your cooler on your porch or that your friends can't get in the gate. How is the QUALITY of living?

I totally agree with this review! Wow, it is the honest truth that this place has no parking! Quality of living? It's comfortable, but I'm starting to get concerned about the crime rate going up here in Austin and with that gate not working it scares me. Plus when the gate is working, and it so happens you have to park outside because all your neighbors decided to park each of their vehicles in two parking spaces each. There is seriously something wrong with that picture. I know there is a tow truck that passes by, but it only takes those cars parked in the handi-cap spot. Where else can you park if all the others are taking Double spaces? Also, it’s not right that they bother you about stuff on your balcony, but forget about the others. Oh, and I got some great new noisy neighbors that party all weekend long with their loud music and invite the whole world who also takes the parking. How funny….
