I have been at this apt. for almost 2 years. The current office staff is completely unprofessional. If you have a complaint, don't complain to them, nothing will be done. Pool in phase 2 is always filthy and pool area gross. You can't have a BBQ pit on your patio but your neighbor can; you can't have this/that, but your neighbor can. Don't complain as nothing will be done and your answer from them is "I just don't know" or "I didn't see it". Well, I'm telling you right this minute so get out of the office and go look! Their bookkeeping is atrocious! They told one tenant in July 07 that they couldn't accept her check as one of her checks bounced back in January 07!! First, why would they have taken a check for months Feb-June and second, she showed them copies of all her checks to them and cashed by them, NONE had ever bounced but yet they still would not take a check from her! The PARKING is a nightmare. I pay for a "gated" community but you can't park in it! Maintenance,ha ha, fix it yourself! My apt. is actually nice, but I hear of too many other tenants that their apt. is falling apart, bugs (in which the staff will tell you to spray them yourself), mildewed sidewalks, broke gutters that make pools with standing water that stinks, and the list just goes on. That next choice on your apartment list is the right place to check out. Good luck!
