Not the best Apartment

This apartment complex is not horrible but it s not great. The pool was always dirty in the summer. The one time I actually attempted to go swimming there were a group of drunken people mouthing off to me and my boyfriend for no apparent reason. The apartments across the street are very ghetto. In the year I have been at Madison at Wells Branch I have seen swat across the street, one time the whole street was shut down do to gun shoots at the complex across the street, and a helicopter with a spot light looking for someone in the area. The prices may be reasonable but the area is not!
