Flooding and drugs!!

Be sure to have renters insurance. When I lived there I did not feel that this manager was all that great. I guess if you hang out with him and become his buddy you will be fine... Go figure!! The parking is not good at all. Over priced for this little complex. The manager lives on site and you will be seeing him a lot. Yet things do not get fixed right away if you have a problem. Also a couple of cars got broken into when I lived there. Go look at another property and you will be happier!!
