The Madrid is a hidden treasure. Phil the manager was always awesome to us. You can't find such a great deal for a three bedroom apartment. We lived there for two years and wanted to stay longer, but my roommates and I had to go different directions. The pool is so awesome and private, and there are tons of great neighbors who have lived there for years. It was so large and we were close enough to everything. Perfect for someone who likes to walk to first Thursday on congress or ride their bike to ACL fest. It is also right across the street from townlake.
