I've lived here since August, I have no idea what the other reviewers are complaining about. I've had zero problems with management, in fact I was impressed how quickly they fixed the things that I put on my move-in sheet.
This is a fairly nice complex, if you're a student at UT it's great because the Cameron Road shuttle (free) picks up right outside and will have you at UT in about 10 minutes.
Chelsea is always running move-in referral specials, if anyone is thinking about moving here send me an e-mail BEFORE you sign anything and I'll whatever the current referral is with you. So far it's been around $200-$300 most months. lizard_boy8@yahoo.com
