it isn't really that nice of a place, it's far from school even though it's on the bus route. the pool isn't cleaned regularly and very shady people hang out in the hot tub.

when i tried to move out, they said i had a self-renewing lease that went month to month and insisted that if i didn't want bad credit then i must comply and pay TWO EXTRA MONTHS rent.

Do not live here!!

doesn't our lease say that we HAVE to give a 2 months notice???? try reading it sometime! don't blow smoke with no facts to back it up!
