Not the place it used to be when it was Shadow Wood

This apartment complex was a very nice place to reside several years ago. However, due to several management changes and owners, it seems that the pride that went into keeping the place maintained and liveable has gone downhill tremendously. There is virtually no grass, except the grass and flowers you see when you first enter the completex. The trees have not been trimmed back in years (this used to be routine), the driveways have holes (soon to be craters), and as far as security, the gates are constantly broken. This is one of the reasons why there are frequent car break-ins and anyone can gain access to the apartment grounds. In addition, since there is no grass when it rains (it does not have to be much), the sidewalks are full of mud which you have to navigate through to get to the parking lot. There is virtually no grass so all you have to look at is dirt. The scenery is extremely poor on the right side of the complex. Some of the buildings have wood rotting off the sides of the apartments. Lighting is very minimal to non-existant at night. Management is very lax at getting people to comply with the noise restrictions, unless several complaints are made, so they virtually violate their own lease contract a good deal of the time.
As previously mentioned, this was a nice place to live years ago but I would not, and can not recommend anyone live at this complex until a tremendous amount of improvements are made.
