All the problems listed in the previous comments are true...don't think these are from a few pissed off tenants. If you lease here prepare to deal with:
-Grounds that flood and fill with dirt/mud each time the sprinklers are turned on. Maintenance and/or staff has failed to clean up major sidewalks filled with several inches of mud after many requests.
-Tenants who let their cats and dogs run around the complex defecating wherever they please, which causes a constant smell of animal feces outside your apartment door.
-Poorly lit parking lots which have break-ins constantly.
-Loud tejano music coming from the parking lot early in the mornings and late at night.
-Completely inept staff who fail to do anything that they promise to do for you. The management office is like a revolving door, there are new people there monthly who have no clue about anything.
-Termites, carpenter ants, roaches, and nearly any kind of insect you can imagine in your apartment.
-Management wasting money hosting movie nights and parties instead of using it to repair the broken fence, decaying railroad ties, potholes in the parking lot, etc.

Need I go on'' Save yourself the aggravation and spend another hundred dollars a month to live somewhere decent.
