It was the worst.

I reported the several problematic things when I moved in, but they charged me several hundred dollars for the replacement or cleasing fee when I moved out.

It seems the way for them to make money!

They are horrible!!!

My car was scratched in this apt complex.
I hate the manager. She's not helpful.

It took several montths for the maintenance, didn't fixed even until move out.

Yeah, that's how the property gets back it's money. When you don't clean your apartment after you move out you get charged for the clean, it's common sense. But we deffinately allow for ourselves to make as much money off of it as possible. Thanks!
