My lease is up in July and I can't wait. If you are considering moving here, don't. Here are some of the problems my roommate and I have experienced during our stay:

-roach infestation (I have honestly never seen so many roaches in one place in my entire life! I couldn't sleep in my own apt the night I moved in because of this)
-office refusal to treat roach infestation (the maintenance man gave me a can of raid and said "good luck")
-broken dishwasher/garbage disposal
-windows that won't close once you've opened them
-mildew smell in our closets (previous tennants flooded the apt)
-cigarette stench that lasted for about 3 months
-water turned off on a regular basis in the entire complex
-a front door that takes massive effort to open and close
-incompetent office staff

**If you have children**we keep getting notices in the mail about new sex offenders moving into the area/complex.

Yes, it is close to campus, but realize there is a reason this complex has such a low rating.
