I have lived at the property for a little over two years. I really cant say that I was really "feeling" the last management/staff. Things were sometimes looked over, ie the gates in the front. But now there is new management and staff that arrived in February. I have to say, its like night and day. Things are actually getting repaired. Looks like we are getting new gates in the front. I never really understood the purpose of having gates that never worked properly!! The staff is really friendly, and the workorders that i have submitted were promptly taken care of. The rents have gone up slightly, but I think the extra few bucks are worth it if it means the property is taken care of and I feel comfortable. Hopefully someone will read this and decide to give the property a chance (it is now Magnolia Court by the way). I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I will admit that the ever since it has become Magnolia courts, things have been better. The gates, on the other hand, have never been fixed. We were all forced to pay for a scanning badge to enter the gates, but the problem is the gates are always broken. The rent has gone up ( twice ) since the new management has come in and they claim it is "upgrades", which consists of power-washing the buildings ( this is not up-grades yet up keep ). The new management, however, is much better than when the complex was "Chelsea Regents". Things seem to get done when you ask, as long as it does not consist of fixing the gates. I would only suggest this place for it's location.
