I am new to Austin, and did not know anything about the city except, that I was going to attend UT. I am so glad that I found Magnolia Court Apt.'s. The distance to Campus is ideal, the rent is affordable, but the thing that sold it for me was the management staff led by Andrea Casas. Her team, started off with a great welcome from her Leasing Agent, Sarah. She answered all my questions about renting an apartment, and was willing to extend herself about other things that did not pertain to me renting an apartment, ie. Austin life. Everytime I entered their office they made me feel at home. Paige always had a smile on her face, and the three of them really acted like they enjoyed their job. As I stated in the beginning, Andrea should be estatic about the way she and her staff represent Magnolia Court Apt.'s. I for one am glad to have stumbled across their path.

If management is going to write a positive review about their own property, maybe you shouldnt be so blatantly obvious? This property is good and they are nice apartments (I had no problems and loved living there when I did), but lets not get cheesy
