Good God ,where to start' When I first came there in 1994 it was nothing fancy..but the
staff was nice, they kept up the grounds, and mnt came over pretty quickly. Over the years it became horribly run down. The other reviewer was right...the staff and her family got drunk all the time,and a disabled tenant who lived near the mgr says she got threatened by the mgr and her friends when they were making too much noise. I asked for months for someone to come over and check my a/c and running cmd. I never got a response. It became over run w/illegals . A man was looking into my apt one morning...masturbatiing... Yep, masturbating.. And the rent kept going up and up.
