Staff and maintenance are acceptable. Rent is cheap. But you have to accept hundreds of kids running up and down walkways every day like this apartment is one big obstacle course. Neighbors carelessly slam their doors causing the windows to rattle and you can hear everytime someone in another apartment open and shutting their closet door. Barking dogs, etc. Yep, no sleeping around here this is hell.
