Good, except BUGS!

The apartment complex is nice and clean. Although, I do think that it was built on a landfill or something because I'm constantly getting bugs, even though I have my apartment sprayed often...gnats, crickets, roaches.
The office staff is pretty friendly, have not had any problems with them.
Gates work properly. Trash pickup every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Quiet. Great place for great price...I'm currently paying $475 for the 525 square feet apartment.
