I lived in the small 2/2 at Mandalay for nine months. I did not have any problems with my my apartment. The price I paid was very fair for the apartment that I had. The unit was extremely clean when I moved into, it looked brand new. The pool is beautiful and the fitness is really nice too. They are well maintained and always clean.

The staff has been there for a while and they know the property and all the residents. They were always very helpful and had things taken care of quickly.

They changed my A/C filter quarterly and got to all my maintenance requests within 24 hours - every time.

My experience was a really good one and I would highly reccommed this property to anyone looking to live in North Austin.
