We've lived in these apartments for about 6 months now and have had a pretty good experience. The hot tub is indoors and pretty nice but the operating hours aren't very late. We've had no problems with anything breaking so I don't know how quick the maintence crew is, but it's good we haven't had to use them! The pool is EXTREMELY nice with awesome places to have a BBQ party. As far as the interior of the apartment, the only complaints I have is that there is carpet in the bathroom, no storage closets (the only closet is in your bedroom and there's no extra room in the laundry closet if you have a washer/dryer) and there's hardly any cabinet space in the kitchen. There aren't ceiling fans anywhere and no light in the living room and the counters and floors are the cheap stuff. But these are complaints you'll find in almost any other apartment complex and we would renew our lease in a heart beat if we didn't have to move down south. So I definitely recommend this place!
