Oh yes, if a rude and snobby staff, a low quality facade of cheap furnishings, and crickets are what you?re interested in...well, this is the place for you! I?m not kidding either. I WOULD have signed on the dotted line since they were offering great deals...but as soon as I looked around I realized why. All this damn staff seems to be concerned about is getting out of the office on time to make the happy hour. They did not offer to show us around when we went there, and offered no sense of customer service at all. As we went around looking at the apts ourselves, it came close to closing time.

When we got back to return the keys, we were greeted w/ a bitchy "OH, well THERE YOU ARE, we?ve been looking ALL OVER for YOU!". Well....if you wanted to get the hell out on time, you should have accompanied us along so you can better manage the TIME!

This rude and unprofessional behavior was enough for me, I was considering the 2 bedroom since it was a great deal, but now I see why. They apt?s are just like San Paloma - next door - but w/ added touch-ups such as track lighting and different counter tops. It?s still the same cheap appliances and woodworking, the design of the entrance was obviously not from a civil engineer but an idiot who did not take into consideration the 2 way traffic and the flow as well. There were huge crickets in the tubs, which some were filled w/ water. Why was I going to sign after seeing touring the apts' Well, they were offering $750 for 2 bedrooms, which was at least $100 cheaper than anything in that area at that time. Well, I?m glad I did NOT sign, and if these girls had any sense of business and customer service and customer equity, they would know that anytime there is bad service, the ramifications are WORSE than providing good service. Word of mouth works, and I?m just doing my duty as an American Citizen to let the whole world know (at least whoever hears of this website) that these apts have LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER and this figure will be compounded by the number of people I tell and who read this very long and detailed summary who are detered from going there.

I mean, I KNOW you don?t deal w/ management all the time, but a nice "thank you" or follow up is appropriate, especially in this market, and if you think they don?t give a crap in the beginning and the quality is low, how do you think it will be when you have problems' When you need their help' Do you really think they give a hoot' I don?t think so....just be sure not to ask them for anything close to closing time. It is obvious that they are only there for a paycheck and can?t WAIT to leave the damn office so they can GET TO THE FRICKIN? BAR!

How much more space do I have' Cuz I can go on and on and on about how PISSED I was in the way I was TREATED! Needless to say I went to Riata. A bit more pricy, but WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, way better consistent staff, and better quality living conditions. I guess you get what you pay for! Shoot, if Manaday loses a ton of businss no thanks to this long ass summary, well, maybe that 2 bedroom will go down to $500....then maybe I?d consider taking it......NAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Hell NO!



Whew! I?m glad I got that off my chest! Thanks for reading into my venting session. Be sure to have a great time apt. searching..but be advised...you?re throwing your money away anywhere you go. Get some damn equity in your life and invest in a home of your own. It?s the only way to live.
