I thought everything about this place was very nice when I first saw them. Of course, they were brand new so there wasn't very many people living there yet. The staff was very pleasant to work with and everything was great. Then once the lease was signed they became what seemed annoyed with all tenants here. I had two dead mice right outside my door which I asked to have removed repeatedly...after about 4 days I had to do it myself which was absolutly discusting. I had a friend visiting from out of town for a couple days...she made some friends around there, left and didn't lock my apartment. About 3:00am some guy came in opened my BEDROOM DOOR & scared the ---- out of me. I started freaking out so he ran out of the apartment, about an hour later he came in through my patio door, opened my door again and this time I chased him back out. I told managment about this weirdo...they said my door should have been locked, which I totally agree with, but something still should have been done about that guy. There was ants and silver fish crawling all over my apartment (even though I am a clean freak). Although they will spray for ants once a week, they would come at times that I wasn't aware of, while I was gone. Someone (maintenance) drug mud across my floor and I ended up having pay for it later. I could go on for a while but I think this is enough. I did end up breaking my lease and payed dearly for it but at least I got out of there. I wouldn't go back.
