Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
lived here three years, has been going downhill since. lights out everywhere, trash everywhere,(old manager at least left notes about trash out on non-trash days threatening fines-new manager must not care, doubt if they ever fine anyone anyway)
pool is nice but only usefull half the year, to small amenitie package for such high rents.
