I would recomend Mandalay Apt, to my family, the office staff is great, the maintence is great, the property is kept very nice. Everyone needs to understand, this is a apartment community, the office staff does everything in there power to do all they can for everyone. People need to understand, it is apartments, no matter what apartments they live in there is going to be some kind of noise, or some kind of problems, why, because there is so many different type of people, and everyone lives life differently.
