This was the worst place that I have ever lived. (and I have lived in some pretty rank places!) I lived in constant fear not only of the other tennants but also in fear of the huge rodents. I have seen smaller horses. Also, don't even think about calling maintenance. Unless you are looking to get raped. APD is constantly being called out even though there is a Sheriff's car on property, he will not respond.
Parking is a big problem. Seems they have plenty of compact parking and very little full size. Also, people tend to park their Ford Feistiva in the full size lots. Some people even park over the lines taking up 2 spaces. When I informed management, they always give some excuse and try to sound like things are getting better.
