I went today to look at the floorplans of the apartment since I will be moving in the near future. I walked into the office and there was a lady sitting in her office. She asked me did i need any assistance...i proceeded to tell her that I was inquiring about a 1 bedroom. She sighed and asked me could I make an appointment to come back and look because she was about the leave and the other leasing agent was gone. I let her know that I live in south Austin and that wouldn't be good for me. She really didn't care whether that was good for me or not...she offered to give me a list of prices. I then asked her if she had a pamplet with the floor plans...she said "no" we are waiting on them. I again asked her if there was anyone there to show me the apartment and again the answer was no. I proceeded to let her know that I would go to the apartments next door to them. Her answer was "OK"! Come on if are wanting the business you go beyond what is aked of you. So to say the least I will not be looking at these apartments.

I've been living at Mandalay for 2 years. I've really enjoyed it. The staff and maintenance people are nice and have always taken care of my needs quick. They also do a good job of keeping the complex nice, besides we have the best pool in the area.
