I had lived at Mandalay for over a year...my lease ended this past year & I had never been so excited about moving. The staff is NO HELP AT ALL--The maintence is HORRIBLE, you have to put in a request through an automated system, which by the way doesn't guarantee your problem will be solved!--You pay a monthly pest control fee, I always was calling in b/c of their ants & silver fish, NOTHING HELPED, they never went away (with or without the help of pest control)--When I did move out, and my new apts tried getting my rental history from them, they stated they had never heard of me before, and that's b/c they had misplaced my file...lol...WOOOOW, good staff. On top of that I had to pay them $30.00 for them to release MY rental history! Their gym is way too small & nothing ever works in there, their "business center" sucks ass, b/c there is only one computer & it's always f'ed up...and PARKING is TERRIBLE...you will literally park on the other side of the complex, just to get a parking space! Well, I could go on forever, but I'm so over this...So toodles & beware! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

i am moving in soon... what the hell is silver fish??? catipillars!! i am on the second flooor. What floor are you on??? Complaints come from first floors about bugs.. i am glad you didn't say cockroaches!!!

The $30 fee for rental information after you move-out is true. The way to get around it is to ask for a copy of your lease and a copy of your account ledger.
