I still live here but I'm moving soon. So I'll try to give my take on the place.
This is your standard, run-of-the-mill apartment complex. New management took over and things have improved since the previous management. It's been sold many times, however. Before the recent management take over, the gates and hot tub were broken for months.

-The Good-
New management takes care of business - much better
Location - close to HEB, Target, Walmart, 35 - but not directly off of a main road
The Pool - probably one of the most gorgeous pools in Austin
Tanning Bed
Dry cleaning service (never used it)
Indoor hot tub (now working)
Gated access
U-verse ready
Upgraded units have wood floors
Side-to-side sound insulation is very good (or my neighbor never made a sound)

-The OK-
The Gym - it's very small and the equipment is fairly worn but it works
The apartments themselves are OK. Standard plywood apartments. Not much insulation sound (top to bottom) or heat/cold. NOT built to condo specs.
Double pane glass - but no solar screen or tint
The Staff - never had an issue. They do their job.
Parking has never been an issue in the back of the complex. Compact car spots available

-The Bad-
Location - yes I said location earlier - If you go down Yager you'll come across this shady little convenient store. Just stop by - you'll understand what I'm talking about. 78753 has a very high crime rate.
Super loud dishwasher
Super loud AC/Heat - sounds like a jet taking off
1 bedroom - have NO cabinet space, no pantry, no coat closet, no storage - don't be fooled by the number of cabinets, they're only half the size of normal cabinets
Units with west facing windows get VERY hot in the summer - inadequate AC units
Not many trees/foliage to soak up to soak up parking lot noise. Alarms go off constantly
I ***think*** the water is allocated and not sub-metered

Hope this info helps those looking.
