I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and according to all of these bad reviews, I'm assuming they recently changed to new management. The staff are all very nice and willing to help. I planned on moving in July 14, 2009 but told them I needed an apartment sooner, if there was one open. Needless to say, I moved in the next day (around June 14). I had a problem with my ice maker and the maintenence man fixed it the next day. I love the flooring in the apartment and the layout of the bathroom! I would definitely recommend Mandalay to anyone.
