I live in the Marks part and the best thing about the complex is its location. You can walk to campus and it only takes a few minutes, a major plus considering the price. Although they filled in our pool with gravel for some reason unbeknownst to me, they replaced it with a garden/picnic area that's great for kicking back a few. The area is safe and the managment fixes anything swiftly upon request. I recommend living here as I will be for the next couple years.
