RAINIER MANAGEMENT ARE CROOKS AND LIARS.
DO NOT MOVE TO ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY! MY APARTMENT FLOODED DUE TO IMPROPER MAINTENENCE, NO ONE CAME TO FIX THE LEAK, DRY THE CARPET, OR TAKE CARE OF THE MOLDY ODOR. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGER SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD REPLACE THE CARPET IF I SIGN ANOTHER YEAR LEASE. WHEN I REFUSED THEY CHARGED ME 300$ FOR THE CARPET.
note: this happened during finals so instead of studying i had to repeatedly call management and eventually had to take digital photos to the office to get a response. the manager looked me in the eye and told me she would send someone to take care of the mold and they never did. save yourself the trouble and dont move here. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I agree. Be weary of Rainier Management. I've had legal issues with these people for the past year and many leasing agents are weary of them. Watch your back. If possible, have an attorney view all of your documents with them; make sure you have signatures from anyone at their office anytime you turn anything in, including rent. They have a reputation for preying on consumers, especially younger/student types, and try to collect on other fees/fines/deposits where possible. I wish I had my my gaurd up, especially after seeing signs around town warning me about these people.

Rainier Management made me pay a second security and pet deposit after I renewed my lease, saying that I hadn't paid it the first time. My first lease clearly showed that I had, but they conveniently lost that paperwork. How does a leasing office lose a lease??? Now I wish I had demanded copies of everything I signed. I will never rent from any Rainier managed property again.
