The location is the only good thing about the place. Other than that, the insulation is terrible. Impossible to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I'm a very clean person and I still had roach problems here. I never saw them do any exterminations. Maintainance was extremely slow. If any common lights went out, it took a week to replace and you had to worry for your safety until then. With the rates that people pay there, you'd think they would update some of the infrastructure at the place, somewhere within the past 30 years. Portions of roof and balconies were ready to collapse. Be weary of Rainier Management. I've had legal issues with these people for the past year and many leasing agents are weary of them. Watch your back. If possible, have an attorney view all of your documents with them; make sure you have signatures from anyone at their office anytime you turn anything in, including rent. They have a reputation for preying on consumers, especially younger/student types, and try to collect on other fees/fines/deposits where possible.
