I lived here for 9 months and my experiences were pretty bad. The cops were here at least twice/week, the local convienient store was robbed, the management seems to change like the weather, and rent keeps going up! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rundberg at IH-35 is a haven for bums and prostitutes and this complex is 3 blocks away with no gates. The only thing going for it is the free cable & internet, but its not worth the thugs walking around looking for trouble. Avoid this place! The managers will try to force you to sign 12 month leases and raise rent on you.
