I've been living here for 7 months now and I would have to say that this place is, so far, a nice place to rent. My light bill comes out to an average of $53 and my water bill averaged, for me of course, is around $15. The ghettoness is true as you might have heard but so far it's nothing out of the new for me and I come from a really ghetto neighborhood. I live behind the 7 11 store and that is a place where one tends to think it's bad but in reality it's not. I'm just going on the fact that nothing has gone wrong.....yet.
In conlusion I would have to give Marlborough Square a solid 8 out of 10. I'm going on the fact that nothing has happened to an extreme so far. Notice how I use, so far, a bunch. SO FAR being the keyword. I will right another review when and if I decide to move out in May.

So far this place has been enough BS for this resident(me) who has had numerous problems with management and loud neighbors. The turnover rate of office staff and rising rent is rediculous. And yes the 711 store has been robbed a time or 2 recently.
