I lived here for 13 months and overall it was a great experience. I moved out because I wanted a change of scenery and needed to get on the first floor (3rd floor and dog is not fun).

Anyways, I felt the rate was decent, especially since they have free covered parking in certain areas (fortunately right by my apt), they don't charge for good views, and they don't charge for washer and driers (if you can find an apt with them installed).

With all of that, the rate wasn't bad. Not to mention they had a $99 move-in special which INCLUDED all deposits (including pet deposits). This also included the first month's rent free.

Where this place really shines is in its maintenece staff. Both of their workers are extremely friendly, extremely proficient, and extremely trust worthy. I've had things stolen before from maintenence crews, but I trust these two.

Most of the employees are very helpful, very bright, and very responsible. I ran into one or two employees that rubbed me the wrong way, but soon after I just dealt with Michelle. She's incredibly responsible and friendly. If you need something, just ask her and it gets done.

Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pretty, quiet place to live. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for major social opportunities.
