A leak sprung in the apartment above ours while we were on vacation. The maintenance crew came into our apartment, went through our cupboards and drawers and used our own pots and pans to catch the water drips, used our own paper towels to wad up around the pots and pans, and left all of this mess for us to find when we returned from vacation. They also went through our personal items to find some paper to write us a note. We felt our privacy was violated.
When we have asked the staff about this and similar occurrences, we never hear them say "I'm sorry, we'll try to correct the situation." The staff consistently wants to tell us how we are in the wrong.
You might want to stay away from this place, if only to avoid the poor customer service.
