car was stolen here and apt. almost robbed during day (lucky I was home)

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
My car was stolen here last June,management did nothing,not even a warning to other tenants to watch there belongings.Apt. broke into last October during day by man wandering looking for open windows,(lucky my wife and I were home during this robbery attempt and chased him out)Management gave me sorry excuse of "we can't watch all peoples comings and goings here when I showed him the broken window screen". Security gates here are a joke if nobody watches who is entering,no cameras,no night staff wandering the grounds and a bad attitude from a woman manager.They love there money here but won't pay for any security. Every new lease I signed upped my rent an average of at least $50.00-$75.00.More about the 60 day notice and the written agreement next time. TUNE IN FOR THIS its a good one,it borders on extortion and lying and money grubbing, etc. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY,RUN don't Walk from Marquis at Ladera Vista
