I enjoyed my time at the Marquis at Ladera Vista. The staff was very helpful and maintenance responded quickly. I rented the smallest one-bedroom apartment - other than it being small, it was fine and the balcony was nice and big. Also, the covered parking was nice (no assigned spaces).
The area around the Arboretum is a little more expensive than other areas, but all-in-all it is a nice place to live. Fairly quiet neighborhood, close to US 183, etc.
