Even though the neighbourhood is quiet you will not be able to open the window because of the noise from neighbour's a/c. Be prepared to give 6 month before they replace or repair anything. Invest in a good alarm for your car and keep your ears open. I had two bicycles stolen right outside front door and a motorcycle! All those crimes would not stop the mail man to leave your package right outside your front door because the box is too small. If you like to cook kitchen and apartment doesn't have appropriate ventilation. On the good side it had a nice bathroom and shower with a good water pressure. Kitchen had new closets, fridge and stove.
