Don't waste your money.

I've tried hard to enjoy living here, but it's been a disaster from the start. We had a neighbor that treated the whole building like his own personal mansion. Loud noises at all times. No respect for other tenants. He finally got kicked out. During the summer, frogs are loud all the time. I have to have earplugs just to sleep. Now we have rats in the ceiling and they are dying. The smell is ridiculous. It's just not worth it.
