This condo/apartments are in a great location but we live below a family of foreigners who do not speak english and make noise continuously. They management says they cannot communicate with them since they only speak Korean. They do not run air conditioning, hang their clothes on lines strung near the open windows and exercise constantly. We can hear them at eleven to midnight running water in the sink and running across the floor climbing up on a chair that they occasionally knock over and hang their wet clothes which you can then hear dripping on the floor. We have an infestation of flies both tiny and large and cannot figure out where they are coming from. We have had the pest control come in and still cannot get a handle on the problem. the apartments were built in 1998 and have never been updated. the appliances are very old. Our electric bill is extremely high due to a very old air conditioner. You can never get the management on the phone. You always get an answer service who never relay your message. When you go directly in the office there is usually only one agent available and she is always busy. It is almost impossible just to get a package. There are updated condos for rent right around the corner for the same price. Wish I had looked around more.

What is the name of the updated condos around the corner for the same price? ??I'm looking to move when my lease is up. This place is long over due for a major overhaul. However, property ownership seems unwilling to part with the cash necessary to address all the deferred maintenance and make the necessary upgrades. Please help me out and let me know where I can find these condos. I'm gone when my lease is up. Thanks in advance for your help.
