My family stayed at the Marquis for 1 year and I can attest to the lack of maintenance the place has had since it was built. Appliances are old, utility bills are high (especially AC). Nothing gets fixed unless it is not working. There is mold all over, we had a scorpion infestation. Our apartment was entered twice without prior warning from the staff (to measure for new counters, but the crew had the wrong apartment). If you live downstairs, you had better hope that your neighbors upstairs are considerate. The only thing this place has going for it is the location.
