i dont know if people have looked at other apartments in austin or WHAT, but the price here is about the same as all the rest of the apartments, except it is nicer and in a great location! the staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you. i had some issues with the phone company when i moved in and they told the phone company to call them and that they would deal with it for me. awesome!
