Rude office staff' Never!!

I've lived here for two years and recommend it highly. The office staff is *incredibly* nice. I bought a new home and it will be ready for move-in before my lease is up. The office manager actually volunteered tips on how to defray the cost of breaking my lease! In addition, I have a friendly conversation with at least one employee every day as I am out walking my dogs. The units are gorgeous, the rent is reasonable, and the neighbors are fantastic. Someone wrote that snobs live here---no way! I drive the most run down car known to man and no one has ever snubbed me. In fact, I've gotten to know many of my neighbors.

Then there's the pool. The pool is fantastic. The hot tub is huge, the pool is resort-style and there is an area for grilling. Often there are many people at the pool (great for people watching), but it's never over crowded (in other words, you can always find a lounge chair). I have never seen a party at the pool get out of hand. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 10 pm.

When my lease was up last time, I looked around at other apartments to see what I was missing. I concluded that I was missing nothing. This place is better than anything else I've seen in this price range.

Depending on which building you're in, parking can be tight. I mean, literally. A few of the spaces are too small and large cars tend to take up two spaces. They should repaint those. If you pick carefully, you can live in a building with ample parking nearby.

As far as noise goes, I never hear my neighbors. Unless I want to, like the time the drunken college girl got into a fight with her boyfriend in the parking lot. I couldn't hear her with my windows closed, so me and my dogs had to sit out on the balcony in order to find out what the fight was all about (apparently he didn't love her anymore). All kidding aside, the point is that the *one* time someone was being a loud, inconsiderate a$$ in the parking lot, I couldn't hear her in my closed up apartment.

Okay, I have way too much time on my hands. Time to get back to work. Live here. You'll love it!
