Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
It is scary. It backs up to woods, very secluded, lots of car break-ins, tons of varmits: skunks, racoons, bugs! No security patrol, no security systems, vagrants sleep in residents boats. Mail delivery arrives after dark. Gate never works, although your apt phone rings all night from strangers trying to enter the gate.
