I moved in last year and loved this place. Since the new management moved in, rent has gone up about $100/month for all new residents, water bills are no longer included when you sign, and I feel like the office staff is not nearly as friendly. In fact, I sometimes feel as though the office staff talks to me as if I were a child.

That being said, I think the apartment itself is great. It's spacious and for the most part, very nice looking. The bedrooms are fairly large with nice size walk in closets, and plain, but fairly large bathrooms.

My lease will be up soon and I have yet to decide if I will remain as a resident here. While I love the inside of my apartment, I'm not sure if I like the new management, and their rising costs. If my apartment were about $100 cheaper than what I'm currently paying, I'd no doubt stay here. But instead they've increased the rents by $100 or more, and the office staff still seems to claim that you're "getting a good deal." $550 per month per person for a 2/2 isn't quite my idea of a good deal. I suppose it's all a semantics argument. All in all, if you don't mind paying a bit extra, the inside of the apartments here won't disappoint you.

I meant to say $550/month PER PERSON up about. The 2/2s start at almost $1100 right now, and those are the cheapest ones! If you want one that's on the 1st or 2nd floor it's more expensive, or one with a pool view or a garage attached it's going to be even higher.
