Hello All! I wanted to share some exciting news...We have NEW FITNESS EQUIPMENT!! WE just installed (2) New bikes, (2) New treadmills and (1) Elliptical.
Our apartment office is open (7) days a week to help our existing residents with any concerns they may have. Don't be afraid, we are super nice and willing to help.
For all of you newcomers looking for an apartment, I encourage you to come and take a tour of our beautiful community. The office staff will take time and show you the great apartments our community has to offer. Come and see for yourself why Great Hills Village is a great place to live!

I have been reading the postings for this complex and feel they are accurate. Let me voice my dissatisfaction with the management. It's to her benefit to listen to the criticisms because her future employment may entirely depend upon it. I was sincerely interested in signing a lease with this complex but, after dealing with the indifference and unprofessionalism of the leasing staff and talking with residents of the complex I decided to go elsewhere with my business and will voice my dissatisfaction with Lincoln Properties.

I can look at eye candy anywhere in Austin. I want my Apt office staff to act in the best interest of the tenants.
