I too live at GHV. I have never had any problems with my unit in the several years I've lived here. However, if it weren't for a couple of the ------- in the leasing office (Manager included) this place would be the best place to live in Austin. She is RUDE and Unprofessional. Ever since the Management Company changed, the great service we used to have has dried up like the Leasing Office personalities.

Getting on here and paying lip service to how helpful her staff is smacks of hypocrisy. Take it from someone who lives here. She's only doing her job to rent apartments. If she really cared she'd get off the internet and take care of her tenants.

Kudos to you...I agree that Linclon Property Management totally destroyed Great Hills Village. I lived there, but move out asap when the new management company took over. The staff is horrible and the maintenance staff are fresh off the boat from Cuba, do you want them in your home ?

I too agree, my lease is up next year and i will move out. Staff is very condescending. I mean they are supposed to support me, I sorta pay their salaries, and this is my home...every encounter that i have had with them has been terrible

First of all, I think it is incredibly rude to make that comment about the maintenance being off the boat from Cuba. What are you afraid their going to steal from you? Or do you just not like the idea that they don't speak perfect english? Well think about this...When was the last time your white middle class husband volunteered to come do maintenance at an apartment complex?? oh that's right, never. Because you're a prejudice bastard who thinks you're too good to pick up trash and repair appliances. So next time you want to comment about people of hispanic decent doing the "odd jobs" in America, think about where we'd be without them...that's right charging you more rent so that we could pay all those prestigious english speaking middle class white guys to do mediocre repairs with bitter countenances, (or facial expressions for some of you.) Sorry we've worried you by allowing those crazy Cuban thieves into your apartment...
