I love my apartment, the inside anyway. 10 foot ceilings, huge crown molding, huge garden tub.

But the outside has declined significantly since the new owners took over. When I moved in the landscaping was top notch and they were on the property ALL the time. I can now tell they hired a much cheaper service and less often. To compensate in the summer the low rent landscapers keep the blade on the mowers low so they don't have to come back as often. This has resulted in the once golf course grass to have huge bald spots where the mowers have killed it.

Paint is peeling off of the outside stairs and it seems they have no intention of keeping this type of thing upgraded. Also the wooden fence surrounding the property is peeling and looks very low rent. Parking spaces are TINY. I park further away to park in a row of larger spaces I found.

My rent was way resonable when I moved in but has since gone up $30 plus they are now charging water so tack on another $20. I understand new rentors for the same apt will have to pay about $120 more then what I'm paying.

Come on folks location is good but you've got to take care of the outside too. I get ticked off everytime I go upstairs and have to look at those peeling stairs. Prices are much too high for what you get. The "gym" sucks. The equipment is something you would buy for a home gym. Pool is great though but I don't use it.
