I strongly agree that since the management switch to Lincoln Management, thngs went unfoncotable.
Management staffs are rude and unproffesional. How can they put wrong room number on my pakage they keep and say there are no pakage for me' No doulbe check, no simpathy. Again, very unprofessional.
Do they changed the criteria for renters'
This place used to have very calm and mature
automosphere. However, thesedays, noisy youngsters are often seen who party until late midnight and scream in the property.
They don't care how much they violate their neighboors' calm life.
I am rather sad than angry. I loved livning in GHV. I wanted to recommnend this apartment to everyone. But not anymore.

i live at GHV. haven't seen any instances of noisy party-goers or screaming kids... sometimes during good weather there'll be a small party at the pool during the day. but just shut your windows and you won't hear a thing.
