Management... Horrid. For one they assume that every tenant is being untruthful in any way that may result in them actually having to "do" anything. The price of rent increases and was told that them renewing the lease at a higher rate was a reward enough for being tenants that caused no trouble. Apartment managemet neglects to alert tenants of work being done inside the apartment. I mean honestly, the management of this place are basically furniture and cant assist you with anything. This all was started when the independant owners sold the complex to Lincoln. I will never live in a Lincoln owned complex again after this experience. No amount of 101x pool parties will make up for the fault of these moronic management people. The bums sleeping in people's boats was also pretty humorous at times. Also every weekend you have a chance of not being able to gain access to your apt because some college kid rammed the gate with his mustang. Dumpsters are constantly full. The "corporate" area surrounding uses the dumpsters for refuse also (though done illegally). Will tow you car if you're double parked in a handicap spot where the ramp leads to a set of stairs but won't tow for taking up 3-4 parking spots because your truck is carrying a trailer or boat (not moving in etc). Tenants with pets rarely clean up after even with the bags provided by management. Vandlism and car thefts on a regular basis. Exercise room is a joke. Mostly broken machines thrown into a very small room. When the management posted a notice on the night drop reading "All rent dropped off after Midnight on the third of every month will be checked and late fee's assessed" I inquired to see if I owed anything extra as that night I dropped it off at 12:15 a.m. and the management girl said "oh no" giggling to herself a bit "we just put that there to scare them a little bit. No one is here after midnight."
